There's also some minor diplomacy adjustments i think, though i'm not quiet sure what it does. which is a lot closer to historical reality than armies with nothing but Knights and Retinue Longbowmans you end up more often then not a few core units with a lot of basic units. Unit wise there's some adjustments and with the submods Real recruitment generally speaking it's a lot more realistic in terms of army composition both for you and your foe, it's now very tough to creat a army with nothing but elite units because of the adjusted spawn rate and upkeep prices. making the middle east situation a lot more interesting. It's also shaped a little differently, they took out America and streched it back to Iran. Scandanavia has around 10 province instead of 2 etc. a comparason would see a ton more settlements, Iberia in normal TW have 8 province, in SS it will have 13 of them. turns time is noticabbly longer and weaker comps sometimes crash.įirst the map is a lot bigger. the download is huge and the drain on computers is painful.
